Position description:

1/ curriculum design and teaching materials writing includes textbooks, activity books and take home paper according to the curriculum framework;
2/ design and execute the teacher training plan.

Knowledge and Skills

* Nearly native English speaker;
* 2-3 years English teaching experience, especially to ages 5-11;
* A good understanding of Chinese education system, grades 1-5 preferred;
* Familiarity with American elementary reading programs and education software preferred;
* Have a good understanding of the needs of the young ESL learners;
* Good computer skills eg:Word.,ppt

Personal Qualities

* Excellent communication skills;
* Able to work as a good team player;
* Able to take instruction and work independently to meet established deadlines;
* Efficient and conscientious worker;
