Position description:
1. To develop and provide training courses to the teachers in accordance with the objectives of the training program.
2. To ensure the training is of a high standard and reflecting the needs of the teachers.

 

Knowledge and skills
1. A University Masters Degree（not include self-taught degree） majoring in English and/or English Education.
2. High level of English language proficiency. (Nearly native speaker is preferred)
3. 3 years or above ESL teaching experience in a Learning Centre, especially ages 4-12
4. 3 years or above experience in training ESL teachers
5. Familiarity with American elementary reading programs and education software preferred;
6. Have a good understanding of western methodology and its practices.
7. Have skills and understanding of the training cycle, planning, developing, delivering and evaluating training.

1. Able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced and intellectually demanding environment
2. Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, planning and facilitating skills
3. Confident and able to conduct training independently
4. Analytical, independent, tactful and resourceful
5. A deadline-oriented individual
