Position description:
1. curriculum design and teaching materials writing includes textbooks, activity books and take home paper according to the curriculum framework;
2. design and execute the teacher training plan.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Nearly native English speaker;
2. 2-3 years English teaching experience, especially to ages 5-11;
3. A good understanding of Chinese education system, grades 1-5 preferred;
4. Familiarity with American elementary reading programs and education software preferred;
5. Have a good understanding of the needs of the young ESL learners;
6. Good computer skills eg: Word , ppt
Personal Qualities
1. Excellent communication skills;
2. Able to work as a good team player;
3. Able to take instruction and work independently to meet established deadlines;
